Administrative Specialist from Home

This person can be remote and not have to work on site, but can work from home from anywhere. This will be part time, perhaps 3-5 days per month. I need someone with MS Excel data analytics and graphics expertise, and good knowledge of MS Power BI as well. Excel (with Power Pivot and Power Query), Access, Power BI Within ACG R&D, the candidate will analyze and report key performance indicators and trends in project and program resources, status, issues and risks, financials, and other data from our MS Project Online database. You will assist the ACG R&D Portfolio director to create standard and experimental ad hoc reports and graphics. Your expertise in data analytics, reporting, graphics, data connections, and report automation allow you to streamline and automate report creation and suggest new ways to analyze and present project information.

Job Requirements

This will be part time, perhaps 3-5 days per month. Volt needs someone with MS Excel data analytics and graphics expertise, and good knowledge of MS Power BI as well. Excel (with PowerPivot and PowerQuery), Access, Power BI Expert data analytics skills using MS Excel 2013/2016, including graphics, slicers, MS Power Query and MS Power Pivot. Knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Project and MS Power BI are a plus. Excellent English communication skills. Ability to follow direction, create and test example reports and graphics, and provide timely response to requests. Access to modern high-performance MS Windows PC with MS Office 2013/2016 and reliable high-speed Internet and voice.
